Why PrestaShop?
PrestaShop is open source, so we can tailor it to your business on many levels. It scales well and has thousands of modules that extend its core features.
How we estimate projects
Every estimate starts with a detailed requirements analysis. We walk through all of your e-commerce processes with you step by step and wireframe every page, including use cases (Gold package and up). From there we write a project specification, which becomes the basis for the final quote.
System warranty
We provide a warranty of at least 12 months, depending on the scope and complexity of the project. During the warranty period we respond to system errors within 4 hours, and fixes usually take no more than 24 hours (during business hours and days), depending on how complex the issue is.
Support and development agreement
We offer clients a support agreement with a defined SLA (response and resolution times). It includes a block of hours for handling any issues, plus ongoing development and changes to the system.
