One order, six systems, zero re-keying
A wholesale customer clicks “Order.” At that moment, the ERP reserves the stock, the WMS gets a pick order, the carrier generates a shipping label, and the CRM updates the account history. Nobody copies anything from an email into a system.
The platform itself also has to understand how wholesale works. Every account sees its own price list next to the retail price, its credit limit, invoices, and dedicated sales rep. Orders can be uploaded from an Excel file or from a list the sales rep put together during a meeting. And an optician showing frames to a customer in the store can hide wholesale prices with one click.
Running ERP, WMS, and CRM? We’ll connect them into one system.
How we work
We start with the process, not the code. We map out how an order actually flows: who receives it, where the document is created, and who changes the stock level and when. Only then do we design the integration. AI agents in Claude Code and Codex analyze the data structures of the systems we connect to, so field mapping goes faster and with fewer surprises. We automate the processes around the store in n8n, and every integration gets logs, a retry queue, and alerts, so an error doesn’t sit there until a customer calls.
Your vision, our technology
We connect to what you already have. ERP systems: Comarch Optima, enova, Symfonia, Subiekt nexo, and SAP Business One. WMS, CRM, BaseLinker, and Allegro. Carriers from InPost and DPD to DB Schenker, and online payments through Przelewy24. Via REST, SOAP, CSV and XML files over SFTP, or directly on the database if there’s no other way. When a system has no API, we build a middleware layer. And once an integration is live, we stick with it: monitoring, updates, and ongoing development.
